What it Feels Like and How to Enter it with Breathing Meditation

To be in flow, the mind needs to be effortlessly concentrated on something. The concentration must exist at a level where sense of self or surroundings don't matter as much. What matters is what we are concentrated on. Now this sounds a bit extreme but it really isn't. Imagine effortless concentration to be like the last time you were focused on something and you kept failing. You were so persistent and determined to succeed that nothing else mattered but achieving success with whatever you were doing.
